  • Is it possible to dry-age only 1 steak? Normally we dry-age a whole loin but never one steak. After many people requested this experiment today I deliver it with 3 different methods. I was shocked by this experiment and it is something you can try at home easily.

                                      Guga, is there a difference between salted & unsalted butter? Can you substitute for margarine(Because butter can be just as expensive as beef here)? And what about pre-made garlic spread?

                                        The sound is just perfect outside on your terrace. Or in the office on your soud vide channel. But the garage is just horrible. The videos are just less enjoyable because sound. I know you invest a lot of work to build the space great looking etc. But you have to do something about the sound. Put something on the walls to reduce the reflections or I dont know. Just write this to help to keep your videos perfect.
