Every Wednesday we present a full length documentary, so join us to see the truth laid bare...

We live on a beautiful planet. Today our natural landscapes also boast manmade wonders, icons of engineering and architecture. So what are the world's modern wonders? We've compiled our top seven, from the tallest building on Earth, to the longest underwater tunnel, from aviation's greatest airliner, to engineering's greatest work of art. These are our modern wonders!

The great engineering achievements of the modern world are more than purely functional. The visionaries who dreamed up their imposing shapes used art and science to create structures of dramatic beauty. Our bridges, dams, and skyscrapers, dominate our landscapes, as the pyramids dominated those of ancient Egypt. They're testaments to the creative genius of humankind. In this film we tunnel under, climb up, jump off, and fly with, the greatest marvels the modern world has to offer.

2002 documentary for the Travel Channel, including the following subjects :

    Brooklyn Bridge

The Brooklyn Bridge is a bridge in New York City and is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Completed in 1883, it connects the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn by spanning the East River. It has a main span of 486.3 metres and was the first steel-wire suspension bridge constructed.

    Petronas Towers

The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004. The buildings are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower.

Aérospatiale-BAC Concorde is a retired turbojet-powered supersonic passenger airliner or supersonic transport. Concorde was jointly developed and produced by Aérospatiale and the British Aircraft Corporation under an Anglo-French treaty. First flown in 1969, Concorde entered service in 1976 and continued commercial flights for 27 years.

    Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower is an iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars in Paris. It was named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. Erected in 1889, it was initially criticised by some of France's leading artists and intellectuals for its design, but has become both a global cultural icon of France and one of the most recognizable structures in the world.

    Hoover Dam

Hoover Dam, once known as Boulder Dam, is a concrete arch-gravity dam in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the U.S. states of Arizona and Nevada. It was constructed between 1931 and 1936 during the Great Depression and was dedicated on September 30, 1935, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

    Panama Canal

The Panama Canal is a 77.1 kilometre ship canal in Panama that connects the Atlantic Ocean (via the Caribbean Sea) to the Pacific Ocean. The canal cuts across the Isthmus of Panama and is a key conduit for international maritime trade. There are locks at each end to lift ships up to Gatun Lake, an artificial lake created to reduce the amount of excavation work required for the canal, 26 metres above sea level.

    Channel Tunnel

The Channel Tunnel is a 50.5 kilometre rail tunnel linking Folkestone, Kent, in the United Kingdom, with Coquelles, Pas-de-Calais, near Calais in northern France, beneath the English Channel at the Strait of Dover. At 37.9 kilometres the tunnel has the longest undersea portion of any tunnel in the world.

There are no modern wonders we know how we do it. The wonders of the world are that because we don't yet know how they did such a colossal endeavor with what we think there tools and technology where.

I lived in the Al Smith Projects ( 12 Catherine Slip ) from 1950-54. Lived on the 12th floor with my parents & 2 brothers! All of our views were of the East River & the Brooklyn Bridge. I remember watching the construction of the FDR! My mom who grew up in Park Slope, Brooklyn. As her friends grew up & married some bought homes in Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights. My mom had atop of the line Brownie Camera and took many pictures of the neighborhood around the Al Smith Projects. She took pictures of my brothers and me walking across the Brooklyn Bridge to go to visit one of her good friends in Brooklyn Heights ( who’s husband owned the West 8th Street Bookstore in the “Village”). We loved those walks across the Brooklyn Bridge! Bless you, your coworkers & families for the hard, dangerous and honorable work in maintaining this beautiful bridge! How wonderful that you have an historic personal generational connection to The Brooklyn Bridge!

The Protocols purports to document the minutes of a late-19th-century meeting attended by world Jewish leaders, the "Elders of Zion", who are conspiring to take over the world.[27][28] The forgery places in the mouths of the Jewish leaders a variety of plans, most of which derive from older antisemitic canards.[27][28] For example, the Protocols includes plans to subvert the morals of the non-Jewish world, plans for Jewish bankers to control the world's economies, plans for Jewish control of the press, and – ultimately – plans for the destruction of civilization.[27][28] The document consists of twenty-four "protocols", which have been analyzed by Steven Jacobs and Mark Weitzman, who documented several recurrent themes that appear repeatedly in the 24 protocols,[c] as shown in the following table:[29]

The first ever satellite, "Sputnik 1," was launched in 1957 by Russians. Chapter 19 Verse 57 (Surah Maryam) of the Qur’an amazingly refers to rising and being raised.
We raised him up to a high place. (Surah Maryam, 57)
The term "Refa'nahu" in this verse is derived from the verb “refea,” meaning “to raise, lift up or elevate.” On the other hand, the word "aliyyen" in the verse bears the meaning of “high, very high” in addition to “great.” When we consider this verse by itself, therefore, it means “being raised into a very high place.” In that respect, verse 19:57 may be a reference to the launching into the sky of the spacecraft Sputnik 1 in 1957. (Allah knows the truth.)
Verse 19:57 of the Qur’an speaks of “raising to a high place.”
"Sputnik 1," the first unmanned satellite, was launched in 1957.

                                                                                  Chapter 13: al-Ra`ad (Thunder)
The chapter ar-Ra`d (Thunder) is numbered 13, and is so named because it mentions the word ‘thunder’. That word occurs in verse number 13. This verse also, coincidentally, occurs in the 13th part of the Quran. Being comprised of 114 chapters of unequal length, the Quran is divided into 30 parts of roughly equal length such that a reading of a part each day will complete the book in a month. The 13th verse of the 13th chapter does not have to occur in the 13th part., but it does. Now, the same verse has 19 words. These words are written with 83 letters. There is one other place in the entire Quran that mentions ‘thunder’. That is chapter 2, verse number 19. This verse also has 19 words written with 83 letters, although the words are mostly different. It appears that these instances of correspondence were planned, though not by any human being.?

[Quran 16.68-69] And your Lord (Allah) revealed to the bees: Build your hives in mountains, trees and in what they build. Then eat (for females) from every fruit and follow (for females) your "Lord's enslaved PATHS", from its bellies exits drink of different colors, in it healing for man. These are signs for those who contemplate.

The verse numbers are as follows.
                                                                                  13, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, 77
There is another verse in chapter 77 (mursalat - The Emissaries) which repeated 10 times. ---"Woe, that Day, to the deniers."
                                                                                  They are as follows.
                                                                                  15, 19, 24, 28, 34, 37, 40, 45, 47, 49
Now from both the series take common ones.
                                                                                  They are: 28, 34, 40, 45, 47, 49
                                                                                  (1) Now the number formed by arranging the above 6 numbers is exactly DIVISIBLE by 19 without any reminder.
                                                                                  283440454749/19 = 14917918671
                                                                                  (2) Now from 10 numbers of verses of chapter 77 which left after taking common ones are 15, 19, 24 and 37.
Amazing from the numbers exclude 19 and form the 6 digit number, then divide by 19 and see again we got the whole number.
                                                                                  (3) From above 2 divisions subtract the second one from first and then divide by 19 you will AGAIN get a whole number.
                                                                                  (14917918671 - 8023)/19 = 14917910648/19 = 785153192

But in these cases we are getting whole numbers iwe can say design. A GRAND DESIGN. Remember we have not altered the order of the numbers while forming the big number.
