                I kinda feel like the level 4 stage is kinda useless, it is so repetitive. Instead, I'd prefere if there was a taste test at the end with other people who decide which one they prefer

                            I do enjoy these videos, but the older ones were better. Is every chef's recipe an acceptable way to cook it? I remember when they would pick out the specific things we amateur chefs do wrong. I guess we don't want to offend anyone.

                                      None of them are real lasagna though... (I would eat that anyway). Also, is always the same: Spanish recipe "add chorizo", Italian recipe "add garlic". Not every dish in italian cuisine needs garlic in it. Traditional ragú a la bolognese doesn't have garlic (just celery, carrots and onions). Basil it's not an herb you normally add to a bolognese sauce (it's traditionally bay leaves). Adding garlic to the bechamel "for taste" was kind of sacrilegious... I could go on, but then again... it's probably good, but of course it's not the real deal (and I'm talking about the "advanced" chef, I really don't feel like talking about making lasagna without bechamel and using strange mixtures to substitute it, using honey and exotic spices, and so on...)

                                            Level 1 Speaker: I blended the tomatoes.
                                            Level 2 Speaker: I placed the tomatoes in the blender to break them down and make them perfect for my sauce.
                                            Level 3 Speaker *While I used canned tomatoes with calcium chloride, I blended them before adding them to my sauce to ensure that the mechanical manipulation ground them into a smooth texture*
