My favorite part is how each level is still happy with themselves. It doesn't matter how expensive or exotic their dish was, they loved it, that's hella inspiration

LOL my way uses 8 different cheeses up to 5 different meats Depending on which one of my lasagna i am making. But if i go all out. Well Don has to have his own pan. He really loves my all meats and cheeses lasagna. But it is expensive and very very messy and long. And no canned anything it all has to be made from scratch and fresh.

DUDE I am Italian, You americans use WAAAAY more garlic then us! The reason you guys think we use so much garlic is because Italian immigrants that came over to the US brought their own garlic and grew them in their household. Cause they could not find garlic anywhere in the US. We don't use THAT much garlic! And if you know how to use it properly there is no need for that much!!! We do infact use ALOT of olive oil.

Love how everyone in the comments is a weird prescriptivist who thinks that a lasagna is one recipe made exactly the same every time and that changing literally anything is some kind of monstrous Dr. Frankenstein creation instead of, you know, the literal heart of cooking. The ‘right’ recipe is a product of people years ago changing things until they liked it, too.
