                  ok polite warning. you really should be cooking your eggwhite thoroughly. maybe look into the proteins you are messing with before just making a tutorial. ive seen ways to prepare egg white. but yours is clearly raw. its disgusting frankly. not even trolling a little bit, im serious dude.

                            This works very well:
                            "Use the hot glass over cold butter trick to quickly soften a stick. Heat a glass of water in the microwave, toss out the water and cover the butter with the warm glass. The heat and steam from the glass will gently warm the butter to perfection."

                                  Thanks for the info, the only thing I didn’t like, was using a plastic sheet, wrapped around the egg in the boiling water. It’s not a good idea, the toxins from the plastic could be harmful...

                                                Just 2 things; Wine is normally served by chilling the entire bottle; when u heat that and attempt to pour the cold wine, the rapid cooling of the hot bottle will fracture the bottle. (2) Some of the eggs that float are still good really. Great tips though. I love it.

                                                                      I use my blowtorch to heat up the knife which makes it very easy to spread the butter... literally a hot knife through butter. I actually use my blowtorch to cook eggs too😅

                                                                              You're only supposed to put the butter in the microwave for 11 seconds!  It SHOULD make it soft enough to spread with only a tiny bit of melting which, if the butter is still in the paper wrapper, you can just pour onto your bread or into the skillet.  If 11 seconds didn't do the trick, stick it in for another 5 or 6.
