    Check out our NEW POSTER:

At the beginning of the Triassic Period, with the continents locked together from pole-to-pole in the supercontinent of Pangea, the world is hot, flat, and very, very dry. But then 234 million years ago, the climate suddenly changed for the wetter.

Thanks as always to Nobumichi Tamura for allowing us to use his wonderful paleoart:

This little girl was talking about how there was gonna be a moment of sunshine, but the other kids just ignored her and locked her in a cabinet. In the end the rain stopped, sunshine was there for about 30 or an hour or so, but once the kids came back from playing outside they realised their wrong doings.

This video says the opposite about volcanoes at the start of this rainy time period, so what accounts for this perceived discrepancy?
