                                    i'm a recovering Heroin addict, i do cardio everyday like 100 push ups, 50 sit ups , 100 squats everyday. but i shoot heroin in to the system thrice a week, to avoid the chills, been following this routine for around 6 months, watching your videos has made me lower the dosage and getting addicted to exercise more, no i do around 200 push ups, 50 situps, and 200 squats daily. Thank you are are really good motivational speaker .

                                      Hey Bernard! I have been losing quite a bit of weight and now I'm 89.0kg. I've seen to hit a plateau though even though I've been controlling my diet and doing my cardio. Will I lose it eventually? Do I need to do more strength training?? Thanks man love your stuff!

                                          Hi Bernard, I have a quick question. I've noticed a lot of similarities between you and I so I decided to attempt this plan along with you. I started with the same base plan as you and have made small changes with great success. My question is.... how important is the last shake of the day? I find that, on some nights, I'm pretty tired after meal 5 and am basically forcing myself to stay up in order to get that last shake in before bed (or waking up in the middle of the night to drink it). Last night, I flat out fell asleep with the shake beside the bed and just skipped that meal. I didn't wake up starving or anything so I'm just curious if this is absolutely necessary?

                                                    It's interesting watching these videos because coincidentally I started my regimen at the same time as you. The difference being that I'm on a training program to gain strength specifically for swimming. There's a cool dichotomy between the two, it's been a good learning experience

                                                              Hey wtf we're almost so similar! I started training and dieting as well, week 5 complete for me. But...unlike you I didn't quit my job rather I just lost my job, feel demoralized and I'm not sure I can go through with my training/diet, since I feel half depressed. It also doesn't help that I now have to lose real body fat and it has proven to be a real challenge. Week off or half assed training at the start of my week 6? I don't know what's going to happen, all I know is I want that summer body and will get it! Hope I'm not stuck in this slump for too long.

                                                                    I'm not as big as I want to be, but having that layer of abdominal fat that hides your pecs and abs doesn't help. hard to not say "fuck it" and resume bulking, but I'm gonna get lean just to prove I can and then back to the bulk
