I love SOS. Always good on a cold day. For variety my wife will make it with canned tuna every once in awhile. Surprisingly not bad at all.

I used to kill this when I was a young man, creamed beef on toast, on biscuits, on top ramen noodles, Heck on just about everything man.. I haven't had it for many many years now because I have given up beef but it sure looks good...

So many of our warriors were literally treated like Sh_t On a Shingle when they got home. My heart goes out to them and I pray for those that did not make it back.

SoS was a common meal in my family’s house in the 1950’s. It was good, it fed us when times were lean. Thanks for bringing back an oldie but goodie 😘

Is Angus beef distinguishable from others? Of course not. ALSO- to quality as "Angus beef", the cow has to be at least 50% black. That means Hereford/Angus cross always makes the grade, as does a lot of Holstein milk cows! But, it's work great as a marketing ploy.

Then I went in the Army and SOS served as a reminder of family thanks for bringing it back to my mind I will have to cook it for breakfast in the morning thanks and God Bless
